Annual exams

Preventive health care
All routine appointments are 20-30 minutes to allow comprehensive patient care discussion.

Vaccinations
Immunizations are tailored to a pet's specific needs and age. Recent research has demonstrated that the canine distemper vaccine provides immunity longer than one year, as previously believed. In accordance with AHAA guidelines we are now recommending canine distemper vaccines to be given every three years after the puppy vaccine series has been completed and boostered at one year of age. Annual titres can be evaluated for patients no longer needing annual immunizations. Our focus is to provide appropriate patient protection without over vaccination. Click here for more information about titres.
